In this interview Gail Arrenholz is describing the loss of her son and how she dealt with it. We speak about the way she overcame her pain and the experience on the way.
Gail Arrenholz lives is Tucson, AZ. She is trained as a nurse (BS from Illinois Wesleyan) and midwife, a psychologist (MA from Goddard College) and a psycho dramatist. She is an artist, writer, and musician. The focus of her work has been Integrative Health Care and particularly how dreams, yoga, and the arts are used for healing. Gail acquired certification as a Home Funeral and Green Burial Consultant. More recently she took yoga 200 training and Reiki at Nepal Yoga Home. She is yoga Nidra certified.
Her work history includes an adjunct faculty position at many colleges and universities. She has traveled and worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer. The subject of her lectures includes such topics as: Ancient Greek Practices of Dream Healing and the indigenous practice of Days of the Dead. She is a published author.
